Live, Web-Based Training
Interactive, Web-based courses are available every week. PPM training specialists will cover the basics, use real-world examples and answer questions in these hour-long classes. Advance registration is required as class size is limited.

Media can register for an introduction to the PPM and software training. Advance registration is required.

PPM 101 - A System Overview (Also in Spanish)
This introduction to the PPM includes not only a review of the PPM terminology and methodology, but also a look at how the PPM estimates differ from diary-based ratings and what impact the data will have in the market.

PPM Analysis Tool Software Training
This course provides an introduction to the unique reports and details of the Arbitron PPM software.

PPM 201 - PPM for PDs
This course provides an overview of the terminology, methodology and insights that the PPM system delivers for programming and marketing. It also includes software training on producing the reports that are invaluable to program directors, including Trends, Audience Flow, Source & Destination and Duplication reports.
